Lawn Greetings Rental Agreement- Rev. 09/2019

Rental and Reservations Policies:

Ø  Payment is DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE to confirm and hold your date.

Ø  In the event of a missing or damaged sign you will be invoiced at
replacement cost. If a display is ordered for someone else's
yard, and are unhappy and destroy or damage it in any way the renter will be
responsible for replacement cost. (The current replacement cost is $25 per
piece, so a display of 25 characters would be $625!)

Ø  For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow
anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

Ø  We do ask that you take pride in your lawn display, and please do not move the items.

Ø Please do not move lawn display items into the garbage, or vandalize our signs. These items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

Ø Please be mindful of flying debris that could damage our signs (ex: lawnmowers, dogs, etc).

Ø Contact with string trimmers (EX: WEEDEATERS) may cause damage as well.

Ø  Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.

Ø  If you have a lawn crew, please arrange refrain from having lawn mowed when any Lawn Letters are present, as the grass clippings can stain the signs.

Ø  We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not pull the signs from the ground. Lawn Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Ø  We are not responsible for damage to underground sprinkler hoses that could get punctured.

Refund Policy:

Ø If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half of your booking rate as a refund, or
you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our

Ø  In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.

Ø  No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

Ø  No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

Ø No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

Ø  No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

Ø  No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

We begin installing greetings after 8:00 PM, and pick up the following evening after 7pm.

By placing an order with LAWN GREETINGS, you agree to all policies stated above.
